This space is called Insights with Cèline because that's truly how  I navigate the world  - connecting dots and tracing patterns that are often overlooked. Whether I’m knee deep in a data project or having real conversations about life, I naturally look for the patterns beneath the surface and unravel the complexities in a way that help people understand.

I’ve spent 7 years in the professional world with 5 of those  working with Fortune 500 companies like Morgan Stanley and Deloitte -  building systems, solving messy problems, and translating data into decisions. I’ve worked across software development, project management, data analytics, process and systems  reengineering.

 

For the past year, I’ve been working on passion projects  and  exploring the intersection of AI and emotional health by designing intelligent tools that make a real life impact in the health delivery system.

Outside of tech, I play guitar, write articles on emotional intelligence and poetry, and disappear into nature whenever I need to reset. Everything I build, whether it’s a dashboard or a mental health tool -is rooted in the same intention: to give people the clarity and tools they need to make decisions that transform their lives or their businesses for the better.
